Healthy Steps Program
We are proud to offer HealthySteps, a nationally recognized program that supports families with children ages 0–3.
What is HealthySteps?
HealthySteps adds an extra layer of support to your child’s care. During your visits, a HealthySteps Specialist can help with your child’s development, behavior, sleep, feeding, and parenting questions.
Who is it for?
Families with children under age 3 who want guidance, support, and answers as their child grows.
What we offer:
- Developmental screenings
- Guidance on sleep, feeding, and routines
- Positive parenting support
- Help with behavior and emotional development
- Connections to community resources
- Support with WIC, Early Intervention, and more
