Virtual Visit Instructions

To make sure you get the care you need, Essen Health Care has launched a program to deliver medical care to you at home, on your smartphone or computer, using telephone and live video chats with our primary care, specialty and urgent care providers and care coordinators and provide doctors visits, patient monitoring, tests, medications and referrals.

Combined with in-person services when necessary, Essen is committed to remaining present in your life even when you may not be able to come to our offices.

*Essen patients have the option of using either platform and can switch to the alternative at anytime at their convenience.
